Police Chief

The Monticello Police Chief is a position elected by the citizens of Monticello.  Listed below are just a few of the responsibilities of the Police Chief:

*Overseeing the performance of the Monticello Police Department and its budget

*Maintaining safety within the city limits of the City of Monticello

*Ensuring that all Federal, State and Local laws are being followed

*Working with other State and Federal Law enforcement agencies

*Responding to citizen complaints and City Council requests 

Current Term: 1/2024 to 1/2028
